The Ghana Cooperative Susu Collectors Association (GCSCA) is stepping into the digital age with the rollout of new mobile apps and software for susu collection. These innovations are designed to help collectors manage client contributions, issue digital receipts, and maintain secure records.
In collaboration with fintech partners such as MP1 Digital, GCSCA is training its members on how to use the platforms and shift from manual bookkeeping to secure digital systems. These tools improve transparency, reduce fraud, and enhance customer trust.
“Our goal is to ensure every GCSCA member becomes a 21st-century financial service provider,” says Madam Akua Mensah, GCSCA’s Technology Lead. “Digital transformation isn’t optional — it’s essential for sustainability.”
As the world moves towards cashless and traceable transactions, GCSCA’s investment in technology reflects its commitment to professional growth and customer security.
