The Ghana Cooperative Susu Collectors Association (GCSCA) is a government-recognized body committed to overseeing and regulating Susu collection activities throughout Ghana. Susu, a time-honored local savings method, plays a vital role in delivering accessible financial solutions, particularly to individuals in underserved communities.
GCSCA’s mission is to promote transparency, accountability, and proper management within the Susu sector. In partnership with local authorities and financial institutions, we work diligently to protect the interests of both collectors and savers. By upholding industry standards, encouraging ethical conduct, and advancing financial literacy, we aim to foster a more inclusive and resilient savings culture.
Our ultimate goal is to strengthen public trust in the Susu system, thereby enhancing individual financial stability and supporting the broader economic development of Ghana.
